I've learned earlier in my govt job some of the books in ayurveda like : bhaishaj ratnavali etc and then it generates my curiousity to work on it. Indian spices have many cultured flavours and varieties, which makes our food delicious and healthy if someone have its knowledge of making. It is my personal research and the directors of company have also great suggestions in formation of spices for different tastes suitable to rich foods. However my work experience is in official manner but my study helped me to start this business in country.
